摘 要:通过原位交联法和液-液相分离法制备聚丙烯酸钠改性聚醚砜小球。通过红外、热重分析和扫描电子显微镜的方法对小球进行表征确认;通过测试改性聚醚砜小球对铜离子的吸附能力来表征其对重金属离子的吸附清除能力,通过模拟吸附柱实验进一步考察改性小球的吸附应用能力。该实验设计合理,效果明显,涉及改性高分子材料的制备、表征和吸附性能测试等方面内容,适合针对工科学生开设。The sodium polyacrylate modified polyethersulfone pellets are prepared by the in-situ cross-linking method. The prepared spheres are characterized and confirmed by the infrared thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The adsorption and removal ability of modified polyethersulfone pellets to copper ions is tested to characterize their adsorption and removal ability to heavy metal ions, and the adsorption and application ability of modified polyethersulfone pellets is further investigated by simulating adsorption column experiments. This experimental design is reasonable and the effect is obvious. It involves the preparation, characterization and adsorption performance test of modified polymer materials, which is suitable for engineering students.
