摘 要:目的基于超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOFMS)法、气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)法和核磁共振(NMR)法识别未知的新精神活性物质。方法未知样品分别用合适的溶剂溶解,运用UPLC-Q-TOFMS、GC-MS和NMR分析检测。结果综合UPLC-Q-TOFMS、GC-MS和NMR的分析结果,最终确认该物质为哌醋甲酯、哌乙酯的类似物-哌异丙基酯,并对其在电喷雾正离子(ESI+)-碰撞诱导解离(CID)和电子轰击源(EI)模式下的碎裂机理进行了详细阐述。结论新精神活性物质层出不穷,该方法可为同类样品的推断、鉴定提供较好的依据。Objective To identify a new psychoactive substance by the comprehensive analysis of ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight-mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF MS),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy.Method The unknown sample was dissolved with proper solvent,then analyzed by the three analytical techniques.Result The unknown substance was identified as a new psychoactive substance,an analogue of methylphenidate and ethylphenidate,isopropylphenidate.Moreover,the MS fragmentations of isopropylphenidate produced in the electrospray ionization(ESI)collision-induced dissociation(CID)mode and the electron ionization(EI)mode were studied respectively.Conclusion Under the situation that new psychoactive substances keep emerging,the current study provides a solution to the identification of new methylphenidate analogues.
