摘 要:目的:总结临床重点专科建设实践中的经验,探讨需要解决的共性问题。方法:通过分析重点专科运行情况、阶段性绩效评估与考核及平台互利共赢的实例研究,总结临床重点专科建设实践中的经验及需要解决的共性问题。结果:临床重点专科的发展水平是医院整体医疗水平的重要体现,而建设重点专科也是一项长期系统的工作。结论:利用完善制度与管理体系,注重科室基本诊疗指标化,细化考核指标,实现优势专科与优势平台互利共赢,有效整合优势资源等方法,进而以点带面,促进专科全面发展。Objective:To summarize the experience in the practice of clinical key specialty construction and to explore the common problems that need to be solved. Methods:Through analyzing the operation performance of key specialty,phased performance evaluation and platform mutual benefit and win-win situation,the experience in the practice of clinical key specialties construction and the common problems that need to be solved were summarized. Results:The development level of clinical key specialties is an important manifestation of the overall medical level of the hospital,and the construction of key specialties is a long-term systematic work. Conclusions: Based on the perfect system and management system,it is important to pay attention to the standardization of basic medical and therapeutic indicators of the department,to refine the evaluation indicators,to effectively integrate the superior resources and other methods for promoting the comprehensive development of the clinical key specialties.
