县级综合医院参与特别重大事件救援的实践与启示——响水“3.21”爆炸事件医学救援经验和体会

摘　　要：特大灾害事件发生后,县级综合医院参与处理医学救援是对医院应急能力的重大检验。通过介绍本院参与响水“3.21”特大爆炸事故医学救援的整个急救过程,提出作为县级综合医院,在参与特大事件医学救援中需要做到快速应急响应、有序急诊急救、规范入院救治、强化后勤保障、协同持续救治等措施,认为医院综合能力提升是取得成功的基础,急诊高效处置是取得成功的前提,快速检伤分类是救治质量的保障,及时开展损伤控制和确定性手术是危重患者救治成功的关键。同时分析县级综合医院在特大事件救援中存在的不足,提出解决思路和设想。After the occurrence of a particularly disaster,the county-level general hospital’s participation in the treatment of medical rescue is a major test of the hospital’s emergency response capability. This article introduces the entire first aid process involved in the medical rescue of the Xiangshui "3.21" extraordinary-explosive accident. As a county-level general hospital,it is necessary to achieve rapid emergency response,orderly emergency first aid,standardized hospitalization,intensive logistical support,and coordinated continuous treatment in participating in mega-medical rescue. It is believed that the comprehensive ability of hospitals is the basis for success;emergency and efficient treatment is the prerequisite for success;rapid classification of injuries is the guarantee of treatment quality;timely implementation of injury control and definitive surgery is the key to successful treatment of critically ill patients. At the same time,it analyzes the shortcomings of county-level general hospitals in the medical rescue,and proposes solutions and ideas.
