摘 要:对新疆油田高含盐稠油废水,采用"混凝-水解酸化-接触氧化"组合工艺进行处理。结果表明,在混凝段进水流量2.5~3.0 m3/h,生物段进水流量1 m3/h的条件下,该组合工艺对稠油废水CODCr、石油类和挥发酚的平均总去除率分别可达53.5%,77.95%和84.28%。稠油废水中氯离子浓度在5 000~11 000 mg/L范围内波动时,该组合工艺能够保持出水水质稳定,具有较强的抗盐度冲击能力。出水的各项水质参数均符合国家二级污水排放标准。According to the high-salinity heavy oil wastewater in Xinjiang oilfield,the combined process "coagulation-hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation" was employed to conduct.The results showed that good effects of CODCr,petroleum and volatile phenol removal were obtained on the condition that the influent flow was 2.5~3.0 m3/h in the coagulation section and it was 1 m3/h in the biological section.The average total removal rate of CODCr,petroleum and volatile phenol was 53.5%,77.95% and 84.28% respectively.The effluent water quality kept stable and showed strong resistance of salinity shock while the chloride concentration in the wastewater fluctuated within the range of 5 000~11 000 mg/L.All the water quality parameters of effluent were in accordance with the class II of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
