摘　　要：2019年是我国乡村振兴战略扎实推进的一年,随着各地乡村地区的落实开展,国际视角的引入将有助于实现高质量、高水平的乡村振兴与建设。本文基于伦敦市郊范围与乡村概念界定,分析了乡村振兴发展历程,同时探讨总结出实施绿化带政策、保护乡村环境风貌、全域旅游开发、规范民宿管理、完善基础设施建设、建立第三方评估机制和政策体系保障共七种乡村振兴的手段或策略,旨在为我国乡村振兴提供先进的经验借鉴与参考。In 2019, the strategy of rural revitalization will be carried forward steadily in China. With the nationwide implementation in rural areas, the introduction of an international perspective could contribute to the achievement of high-quality and high-level rural revitalization and construction. This paper defines the scope of London suburb and the concept definition of countryside, and analyzes the development process of rural revitalization. A total of seven kinds of rural revitalization methods and strategies are explored and summarized, including the implementation of the green belt policy, the protection of rural environment and landscape, the entire tourism development, the standards of B&B management, the improvement of infrastructure construction, the establishment of third-party evaluation mechanism, and the guarantee of policy system. The conclusion aims to provide advanced experience and reference for China's rural revitalization.
