摘 要:以高磷废水为处理对象,提出了脱硫废水资源化除磷方案。考察了Mg2+浓度、pH、脱硫废水与高磷废水混合体积分数(FPR)和初始磷浓度对除磷效果的影响,结果表明,升高pH有利于除磷,Mg2+浓度对除磷效果的影响不大;初始磷浓度越大,脱硫废水除磷效率越高;当初始钙磷比(物质的量比)大于2.0,pH≥10时,磷去除率可维持在95%以上,出水磷质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L。XRD、SEM结果表明,中性条件下,沉淀物主要为CaHPO4·2H2O;碱性条件下,沉淀物主要为Ca3(PO4)2·n H2O,Mg2+会掺入晶体相,形成白磷钙石。A scheme was proposed for removing phosphorus from the effluent of the desulphurization wastewater treatment system. The effects of Mg2+ concentration,pH,mixed wastewater ratio(FPR) and initial phosphate concentration on phosphorus removal were investigated. The experimental results showed that the increase of pH was beneficial to remove phosphorous,while Mg2+ concentration had no significant effect on the phosphorus removal. For the wastewater with different initial phosphorus concentration,appropriate FPR should be used. The higher the initial phosphorus concentration was,the higher the phosphorus removal efficiency of the desulfurization wastewater was. When the initial Ca/P ratio was greater than 2 and the pH was greater than 10,the phosphorus removal rate maintained at more than95%,and the effluent phosphorus concentration was less than 0.5 mg/L. From the analysis of XRD, SEM on the sediment,CaHPO4·2 H2O was mainly produced under neutral conditions,whereas the precipitates converted into Ca3(PO4)2·n H2O in alkaline condition. The presence of Mg2+was incorporated into the crystalline phase to form the whitlockite.
