摘  要:通过对数码电子雷管工作原理、准爆条件分析,笔者从发火冲能角度说明了数码电子雷管的发火可靠性,并论证了储能电容输出冲能大小与电容容量、充电电压、桥丝电阻等影响因素的关系。最后提出,在数码电子雷管研制和生产过程中,宜选用高精度、高稳定性的电容作为点火储能元件,采用小直径和短桥丝结构等措施,提高数码电子雷管的可靠发火。By analyzing the working principle and quasi-detonation conditions of digital electronic detonator,the author explains the ignition reliability of digital electronic detonator from the perspective of ignition impulse energy,and demonstrates the relationship between the output impulse energy of energy storage capacitor and the influencing factors such as capacitance,charging voltage and bridge wire resistance. Finally,it is suggested that in the development and production of digital electronic detonators,high-precision and high-stability capacitors should be selected as ignition energy storage components,small diameter and short bridge wire structure should be adopted to improve the reliable ignition of digital electronic detonators.
