摘 要:为解决1303(上)工作面回采巷道瓦斯含量高的问题,通过分析工作面回采巷道的瓦斯赋存情况,结合各项瓦斯抽采方式的选择原则,确定1303(上)工作面回采巷道掘进时采用区域模块降量+底抽巷穿层抽采相结合的瓦斯抽采方式。结合巷道具体情况,对瓦斯抽采方案的各项参数进行具体设计,并根据邻近矿井资料对瓦斯抽采量进行有效预测;在瓦斯抽采技术实施完成后,巷道掘进期间采用钻屑指标法及瓦斯浓度持续监测的方式对瓦斯抽采效果进行验证分析。研究结果表明:1303(上)工作面回采巷道采用区域模块降量+底抽巷穿层抽采技术后,掘进期间瓦斯涌出量最大值为5.35m3/min,瓦斯浓度的最大值为0.57%,钻屑量最大值为3.9kg/m,实现了瓦斯的高效抽采,保证了巷道掘进期间无瓦斯异常涌出的现象。In order to solve the problem of high gas content in mining roadway of 1303(top) working face,by analyzing the occurrence of gas in mining roadway of working face and combining with the selection principle of various gas extraction methods,it was determined that the gas extraction of 1303(top) working face was combined with regional module reduction + bottom drainage roadway through layer extraction.According to the specific conditions of the roadway,the parameters of the gas extraction plan were designed concretely,and the gas extraction volume was effectively predicted according to the data of the adjacent mines.After the gas extraction technology was implemented,the method of drilling cuttings index and the method of continuous monitoring of gas concentration were used to carry out the gas extraction effect during the roadway excavation.The results showed that the maximum gas emission was 5.35 m 3/min,the maximum gas concentration was 0.57%,and the maximum drilling cuttings was 3.9 kg/m in 1303(top) working face after adopting the technology of regional module reduction + bottom drainage through layer extraction,which realized the efficient gas extraction and ensured the phenomenon of abnormal gas emission during roadway excavation.
