摘 要:随着我国经济的高速发展,每年对煤炭的需求也逐渐增加,直接带动了煤炭的快速增长。为了满足煤炭生产以及矿井接替需要,针对大断面岩巷掘进效率低下的问题,研究分析出一套提高岩巷掘进进尺的方法,并对施工工艺进行优化,在解决岩巷掘进效率低下的问题中,使用机械化配套设备组成快速掘进作业线,配合中深孔爆破技术,解决了岩巷掘进效率低、劳动强度大、巷道成形不理想的问题。With the rapid development of China′s economy,the demand for coal increases gradually every year,which directly leads to the rapid growth of coal.In order to meet the needs of coal production and mine replacement,aiming at the problem of low excavation efficiency of large cross-section rock roadway,a set of methods to improve the excavation footage of rock roadway is studied and analyzed,and the construction technology is optimized,in order to solve the problem of low excavation efficiency of rock roadway,a rapid excavation line is composed of mechanized supporting equipment,combined with medium and deep hole blasting technology,the problems of low excavation efficiency,high labor intensity and unsatisfactory formation of rock roadway are solved.
