摘 要:某公司冷轧生产线Cr5冷轧辊在初次使用过程表面大面积剥落,委托我方进行失效原因分析.我方通过事故现场勘查、使用情况调查、剥落辊解剖分析配合轧辊失效机理探讨,得出轧辊早期剥落失效的原因是使用不当导致辊身粘钢,偏离了轧辊的正常服役条件与轧辊本身冶金质量不良、成品辊身调质硬度偏高导致了轧辊的抗事故性能弱化三者综合原因导致的结论.The surface of Cr5 cold roll of a company's cold rolling production line was exfoliated in a large area during its initial use, and we were entrusted with the cause analysis of its failure. Through accident scene investiga. tion, application investigation, anatomical analysis of flaking roll and discussion of failure mechanism of roll, it is concluded that the reason of early flaking failure of roll is that improper use leads to sticking of roll body to steel which deviates from normal service conditions of roll,metallurgical quality of roll is poor, and the higher quenching and tempering hardness of finished roll body leads to the anti-accident performance of rolls weakened.
