摘 要:为对新型直升机主旋翼系统进行充分地面验证,本文提出一种直升机旋翼塔总体设计方案,通过对设计输入、总体方案、塔体设计、驱动系统、测试系统、标定工装、试验厂房等方面进行总体设计与研究,制订了直升机旋翼塔总体设计方案,并开展了旋翼塔CAE建模和分析。CAE分析结果表明,旋翼塔模态等关键参数符合直升机主旋翼系统地面验证要求,证明了该直升机旋翼塔总体设计方案的可行性,本研究可为各类型直升机主旋翼系统的产品研发、地面验证提供借鉴和参考。In order to fully verify the new helicopter main rotor system on the ground, this paper presents a general design scheme of helicopter rotor tower. Through the overall design and research of design input, overall scheme,tower body design, drive system, test system, calibration tooling and test workshop, the overall design scheme of helicopter rotor tower is formulated, and the CAE model of helicopter rotor tower is developed. The results of CAE analysis show that the key parameters such as rotor tower modality meet the ground verification requirements of helicopter main rotor system, which proves the feasibility of the overall design scheme of the helicopter main rotor tower. This study can provide reference for product development and ground verification of various types of helicopter main rotor system.
