摘 要:基于某两型飞机氧气系统着火事故,分析了两例事故的异同点.根据两例事故所用充氧阀,基于氧气系统火灾安全性分析,从类似部件借用原则、氧气兼容性评估方面,指出了充氧阀在材料选择、阀体结构设计的不足.得出导致两型飞机氧气系统着火事故的共同原因:在两型飞机氧气系统的使用工况下,充氧阀阀体结构设计存在不足且材料选用不合适.Based on the fire accident of two aircraft oxygen system, the similarities and difference of two fire accident was analysis. According to the filling valve which used in these accidents, and based on the oxygen system fire safety analysis, the design deficiency of filling valve configuration and materials choice were put forward from the principle of similar part used in different condition and oxygen compatibility evaluate. The conclusion is: configuration of filling valve have deficiency and selected improper materials under these aircraft oxygen system operation condition are the common reason for these fire accidents.
