摘 要:水利水电工程建设征地补偿实行与其他基础设施建设用地同等标准的区片综合地价,在国家政策法规层面实现了“同地同价”。该文结合广东省水利水电工程建设实例,通过分析对比区片综合地价应用前后水利水电工程建设征地补偿概算的差异,探讨了该省在执行区片综合地价时存在的政策衔接问题。The compensation for land expropriation of water conservancy and hydropower projects shall be based on the integrated land section price in the same area as that of other infrastructure construction land. Based on the example of Guangdong province water conservancy and hydropower project, this paper analyzes and compares the difference of land requisition compensation estimates before or after the application of integrated land section price in the area of water conservancy and hydropower project, and probes into the policy cohesion problems existing in the implementation of integrated land section price in Guangdong province.
