摘　　要：文章介绍了数据、信息、知识、智慧的含义和它们之间的逻辑关系,在分析以往智慧企业相关理论研究基础之上,根据智慧企业的实现目标,从系统理论和信息技术角度,反向推理并阐述了智慧企业管理模型和智慧企业理论体系构建,并给出智慧企业的知识仓库的体系结构、智慧企业“智慧”的迭代优化进程、智慧业务的体系结构、智慧企业整体技术逻辑框架结构;这对智慧企业关键理论的研究与智慧企业建设起到一定启发和借鉴作用。This paper introduces the meaning of data, information, knowledge, Intelligent and the logical relationship between them. Based on the analysis of the related theories of Intelligent Enterprise in the past, according to the goals of Intelligent Enterprise, from the system theory and information technology perspective, reverse reasoning and elaborated the management model of Intelligent Enterprise and the theory system construction of Intelligent Enterprise.and gives the architecture of the knowledge warehouse of the Intelligent Enterprise, the iterative optimization process of “intelligent” of the Intelligent Enterprise, the architecture of the Intelligent Enterprise and the logical structure of the overall technology of the Intelligent Enterprise.The research on the key theory of Intelligent Enterprise and the construction of Intelligent Enterprise play a certain inspiration and reference.
