摘  要:数字化运营支持对国际民机领先制造商提高自身市场竞争力、扩大经济效益起到了越来越重要的作用;深入调研国内外数字化运营支持先进技术、经验和发展趋势,针对现有机型ARJ21和C919,梳理了国产数字化运营支持的八大业务场景,重构适合国产民机发展规律的数字化运营支持业务流程;充分考虑数字化、信息化技术发展以及运营支持需求的变化,以及成果的实用性,基于BPMN2.0业务流程建模符号标准和Activiti5流程引擎,搭建业务流程管理及仿真系统,对国产民机数字化运营支持业务流程进行电子化管理,并对典型的维修任务分析作业方法业务流程进行仿真。Digital operation support plays an increasingly important role in leading domestic manufacturers of civil aircraft to improve their market competitiveness and expand economic efficiency. In-depth study of domestic and international digital operations to support advanced technology, experience and development trends, for the existing models ARJ21 and C919, combed the eight business scenarios of domestic digital operation support, reconstructing the digital operation support business process suitable for the development of domestic civil aircraft. Fully consider the development of digitalization, information technology and operational support requirements, and the practicality of the results, based on BPMN2.0 business process modeling symbol standard and Activiti5 process engine, build business process management and simulation system, digital operation of domestic civil aircraft Support business processes for electronic management, and simulate the typical maintenance task analysis operation method business process.
