摘  要:由于制导火箭弹子系统多、空间布局紧凑,在设计初期可能存在设计缺陷,造成生产效率降低、研制经费浪费。以某制导火箭弹为例,基于DELMIA软件研究了其装配过程的静态干涉、动态干涉和人机拆装状况。通过数字化仿真分析,能够在产品设计初期发现设计缺陷,缩短工艺装备设计周期,从而提高设计及装配的质量与效率。The guided rockets had many subsystems and compact space layout,hence there may be design defects in the early stage of design,which resulted in reduced production efficiency and waste of development costs.Took a guided rocket for example,it was studied that the static interference,dynamic interference and man-machine disassembly of the assembly process based on DELMIA software.Through digital simulation analysis,it was possible to find defects in the early stage of product design and shorten the design time of process equipment,thereby,improved the quality and efficiency of design and assembly.
