摘　　要：目的探讨苯甲酸雌二醇与炔雌醇环丙孕酮对青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者治疗效果及子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法选择本院2015年7月至2018年12月收治的83例青春期功能失调性子宫患者,根据入院先后顺序,分为观察组(40例)及对照组(43例),对照组给予苯甲酸雌二醇治疗,观察组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,观察两组的治疗效果、临床症状改善情况及不良反应。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的子宫内膜厚度较治疗前均明显减少,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗期间的完全止血时间、突破性出血的发生率及住院时间明显较低,观察组的不良反应发生率明显较低(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮对青春期功能失调性子宫出血安全有效,可能与其可显著降低患者子宫内膜厚度有关。Objective To investigate the effect of estradiol benzoate and ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone acetate tablets on endometrial thickness and adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding efficacy.Methods 83 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding from July 2015 to December 2018 in our hospital were chosen,who were divided into the control group(43 patients) and the observation group(40 patients),the control group were given estradiol benzoate,the observation group were given ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone acetate tablets.The treatment effect,clinical symptom and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness were decreased after treatment of the two groups,and the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the complete hemostasis time,breakthrough bleeding and hospital stay were significantly lower,and the adverse reactions incidence in the observation group was significantly lower that of the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone acetate tablets was safe and effective for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which may be related to a significant reduction of endometrial thickness in patients.
