摘 要:目的探讨与分析一对一专科导师制培训模式对手术室新入职护士培训质量的影响。方法选取本院2014年1月至2018年12月手术室新入职护士271名,其中140名为实验组,给予一对一专科导师制培训模式。其余131名为对照组,给予传统培训,培训观察时间均为6个月。结果两组培训后的理论与技能考核评分、自我效能感评分都高于培训前(P<0.05),实验组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组培训后的灌输信念和希望、健康教育、价值观、科学解决健康问题、协助满足基本需要、提供良好环境、促进情感交流和帮助解决困难等人文关怀能力评分都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后实验组的满意度为99.3%,显著高于对照组的85.5%(P<0.05)。结论本院一对一专科导师制培训模式在手术室新入职护士中的应用能提高培训质量,提高护士的自我效能感与人文关怀能力,改善培训满意度。Objective To explore and analysis the effects of the one-on-one specialist tutor training model in Gansu Province MCH(our hospital) on the quality of new nurse training in operating rooms.Methods 271 new nurses in the operating room from January 2014 to December 2018 were selected,of which 140 were experimental groups and given a one-on-one specialist tutor training model.The remaining 131 are the control group and given the traditional training.The training observation time is 6 months.Results The scores of theory and skill assessment and self-efficacy scores of the two groups after training were higher than those before training(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The human care ability scores of the experimental group after instilling beliefs and hopes,health education,altruistic values,scientifically solving health problems,assisting in meeting basic needs,providing a good environment,promoting emotional communication,and helping to solve difficulties were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group after training were 99.3%,which were significantly higher than 85.5% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the one-on-one specialist tutor training model in our hospital in the new nurses in the operating room can improve the quality of training,improve the self-efficacy and human care ability of nurses,and improve the satisfaction of training.
