摘 要:广西岩溶区某6层框架结构为独立柱基础居民楼,由于地基土洞塌陷,原有持力状态被破坏而引发基础不均匀沉降,导致上部框架结构倾斜。为解决岩溶区既有建筑地基不均勾沉降造成的病害,在研究楼体倾斜原因、岩溶区建筑加固纠偏方法以及控制技术的基础上,该工程最终选用锚杆静压桩加固地基+断桩顶升法糾倾。该方法有效消除了上部结构的内应力,且地基没有产生附加应力,纠倾结果满足规范要求,该建筑加固纠偏方法为岩溶区建筑病害处治提供了理论与实践参考。A 6-storey frame structure in guangxi karst area is a residential building with independent column foundation. Due to the collapse of the soil hole in the foundation, the original holding state is destroyed and the uneven settlement of the foundation is caused, resulting in the tilt of the upper frame structure. In order to solve the diseases caused by uneven settlement of existing building foundation in karst area, on the basis of studying the causes of the inclination of the building body, the method of rectifying the deviation of the building reinforcement in karst area and the control technology, this project finally adopts the method of anchoring static pile reinforcement and jacking method to rectify the inclination ofbreaking pile. This method can effectively eliminate the internal stress of the superstructure, and the foundation does not produce additional stress. The rectification results can meet the specification requirements. The rectifying deviation of the building provides a theoretical and practical reference for the treatment of architectural diseases in karst areas.
