摘　　要：以深圳地铁10号线1011-3标孖岭站-雅宝站双护盾TBM区间施工为例,介绍了出碴斜井及斜井翻碴在地铁施工中的运用,解决了施工场地狭小,制约施工生产进度的问题,可供同类地铁施工工程参考。This paper takes the construction of double shield TBM section between the 1011-3 Maling station to Yabao station in Shenzhen metro line 10 as an example, and introduces the application of ballast removal inclined shaft and ballast turning in inclined shaft in metro construction, which solves the problems of narrow construction site and restriction of construction production progress, and provides reference for similar metro construction projects.
