摘　　要：介绍了原油快速导出阀处理沉船内部原油的工况要求和操作程序,分析了阀门及配用接头各部件的材料选取、结构设计和工作原理,阐述了快速导出阀输油时快速接头伸缩顶管的合理定位及输油结束时脱钩插销和阀瓣正确复位的技术特点,对阀门阀瓣、伸缩顶管、压紧滑块、脱钩插销及其使用的弹簧作了受力分析,给出了阀门相关构件的设计过程及计算方法。The operating requirements and operating procedures of rapid delivery valve for handling crude oil in sunken ship are introduced. The material selection,structural design and working principle of the valve and fittings are analyzed. The reasonable positioning of the fast joint flexible pipe when rapid delivery valve exporting crude oil and the technical characteristics of the uncoupling bolt and the correct resetting of the valve disc at the end of the oil transfer are expounded. The force analysis on the valve disk,flexible pipe,pressure slider,release latch and the spring used are made. The design process and calculation method of valve related components are given.
