摘 要:目的:探讨GSTP1和XRCC1基因的突变位点GSTP1(3I3A>G)、XRCC1(399G>A)在云南地区汉族恶性肿瘤人群中的分布情况_方法:采用荧光分子杂交发法检测40名恶性肿瘤汉族人的GSTP1(313A>G)、XRCC1(399G>A)的基因型。结果:在检测的40名恶性肿瘤汉族人中,GSTP1(313A>G)的野生型AA,突变杂合子AG、突变纯合子GG基因型频率分别为57.5%,40%,2.5%,突变等位基W频率为22.5%;在检测的35名恶性肿瘤汉族人中,XRCC1(399G>A)的野生型GG、突变杂合子GA、突变纯合子AA基因型频率分别为37.2%.51.4%,11.4%,突变等位基因频率为37.1%结论:在云南汉族恶性肿瘤人群中,GSTP1(313A>G)的突变频率较低,XRCC1(399G>A)的突变频率较高。QuickOBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution of GSTP1 and XRCC1 gene mutation sites GSTP1(313 A>G)and XRCC1(399 G>A) in Han population of malignant tumors in Yunnan. METHODS: The genotypes of GSTP1(313 A>G)and XRCC1(399 G>A) in 40 malignant tumor Han Chinese were detected by fluorescence hybridization. RESULTS: Among the 40 malignant Hans tested, the wild-type AA, mutant heterozygous AG, and mutant homozygous GG genotype frequencies of GSTP1(313 A>G) were 57.5%, 40%, 2.5%, respectively. The frequency of the mutant allele was 22.5%. Among the 35 malignant tumors tested, the wild type GG, the mutant heterozygote GA, and the homozygous AA genotype frequencies of XRCC1(399 G>A) were respectively 37.2%, 51.4%, 11.4%, the frequency of the mutant allele was 37.1%. CONCLUSIONS:The mutation frequency of GSTP1(313 A>G) is lower in Yunnan Han population malignant tumors, and the mutation frequency of XRCC1(399 G>A) is higher.
