摘 要:通过两步法制备有机/无机杂化钙钛矿微纳材料CH3NH3PbX3(X=Cl,Br,I),得到分散性良好且形貌不同的微纳结构,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光显微镜对3种钙钛矿微纳材料的形貌进行表征;通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对材料的纯度和结构进行分析;通过紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱对材料的发光性质进行研究,并对3种材料发光性能进行对比分析和讨论.结果表明,有机/无机杂化钙钛矿微纳材料作为一种发光材料在发光二极管、激光等领域具有一定的应用价值.In this work,organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials CH3 NH3 PbX3(X=Cl,Br,I)had been prepared by two-step method.The micro/nano materials with different morphology had good dispersion.Analysis of morphology was performed by scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence microscope.The purity and structures of the materials were analyzed by XRD.The optical properties of three kinds of materials were studied by ultraviolet-visible spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.The luminescence properties of three materials were compared and discussed.The results demonstrate herein that organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite micro/nano materials,a kind of new light-emittings material,may provide a useful enlightenment for lingt-emitting diodes and laser.
