少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型慢性前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取84例寒凝血瘀型慢性前列腺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组予少腹逐瘀汤治疗,对照组予前列康舒胶囊治疗。观察2组临床疗效及中医证候评分结果。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.48%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分较治疗前降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型慢性前列腺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu tang for chronic prostatitis of cold congealing and blood stasis type. Methods : Eighty-four patients with chronic prostatitis of cold congealing and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method, 42 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu tang, while the control group was treated with Qianlie Kangshu capsules. The clinical effect and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were observed. Results : The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90. 48 %, significantly higher than that of 71. 43 % in the control group, the difference being significant( P < 0. 05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the comparison of the Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment, the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, differences being significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion : Shaofu Zhuyu tang has significant effect in treating patients with chronic prostatitis of cold congealing and blood stasis type, and thus is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
