金天格胶囊联合罗盖全治疗骨质疏松症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金天格胶囊联合罗盖全治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:将92例骨质疏松患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例;观察组采用金天格胶囊联合罗盖全治疗,对照组仅用罗盖全治疗,疗程均为3个月;观察2组患者治疗后总体疗效和不良反应情况,统计治疗前后临床症状腰背疼痛、下肢痿弱、下肢疼痛、步履艰难等评分,检测治疗前后骨密度(BMD)、特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、I型前胶原肽(CTX)水平变化。结果:总有效率观察组为91.30%,对照组为76.08%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者腰背疼痛、下肢痿弱、下肢疼痛、步履艰难等症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者BMD、BAP、CTX水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组BMD、BAP、CTX水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为13.04%,对照组为21.74%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金天格胶囊联合罗盖全能有效改善激素性骨质疏松症所致临床症状,增加骨密度,疗效安全可靠。Objective : To observe the clinical effect and safety of Jintiange capsules combined with rocaltrol for osteoporosis. Methods : Divided 92 cases of patients with osteoporosis into the observation group and the control group randomly, 46 cases in each group. The observation group received Jintiange capsules combined with rocaltrol, while the control group only received rocaltrol. The course of treatment lasted for 3 months respectively. Observed the overall therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of patients in both groups after treatment, statistically analyzed the scores of such clinical symptoms as pain in lower back and waist, wilting lower limbs, pain in lower limbs and walking with difficulty before and after treatment, detected the changes in levels of bone mineral density( BMD), bone-specific alkaline phosphatase( BAP) and C-telopeptide of type I collagen( CTX) before and after treatment. Results : The total effective rate was 91. 30 %in the observation group and 76. 08 % in the control group, difference being significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment, the scores of such clinical symptoms as pain in lower back and waist, wilting lower limbs, pain in lower limbs and walking with difficulty of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05), and each score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment, the levels of BMD, BAP and CTX of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05), and the levels of BMD, BAP and CTX in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions was13. 04 % in the observation group and 21. 74 % in the control group, difference being insignificant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion :Jintiange capsules combined with rocaltrol can effectively improve the clinical symptoms due to glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis and increase bone mineral density with reliable and safe therapeutic effect.
