益气化瘀汤联合常规用药治疗产后恶露不绝临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气化瘀汤联合常规用药治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法:将115例产后恶露不绝气虚血瘀证患者随机分为对照组57例和观察组58例。2组均服用头孢拉定颗粒、静脉滴注缩宫素注射液,观察组加服益气化瘀汤,2组疗程均为7天。治疗后评价症状、体征评分(产后血性恶露、小腹疼痛、小腹空坠、泌乳情况、宫底下降情况),记录宫底下降幅度和恶露排出量,比较2组的临床疗效。结果:经7天治疗,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后血性恶露、小腹疼痛、小腹空坠、泌乳情况、宫底下降情况评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组子宫下降幅度大于对照组,恶露排出量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:益气化瘀汤联合常规用药治疗产后恶露不绝,在减轻症状、促进子宫复旧方面较单纯使用西药治疗有明显优势。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu tang combined with routine medication for postpartum lochiorrhea. Methods: A total of 115 cases of patients with postpartum lochiorrhea with syndrome of qi deficiency with blood stasis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,57 and 58 cases in each group respectively. Both groups were given oral administration of cefradine granules and intravenous infusion of oxytocin injection,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Huayu tang. Both groups were treated for seven days. After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs including lochia rubra, pain as well as empty and bearing-down sensation in lower abdomen, lactation and descent of the uterine fundus after delivery were evaluated,the descending height of uterine fundus and the amount of lochia were recorded,the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results: After seven-day treatment, the clinical effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05). The scores of lochia rubra,pain as well as empty and bearing-down sensation in lower abdomen,lactation and descent of the uterine fundus after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01). The descending height of uterine fundus in the observation group was more than that in the control group,while the amount of lochia was less than that in the control group, differences being significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion: The therapy of Yiqi Huayu tang combined with routine medication in treating postpartum lochiorrhea has more significant advantages in alleviating the symptoms and promoting uterine involution than that of simple western medicine.
