揿针联合电子灸治疗慢性肾脏病腰酸临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察在常规防治措施基础上加用揿针联合电子灸对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者腰酸症状的改善作用。方法:将90例肾气虚型CKD伴腰酸患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。2组均给予常规防治措施,观察组加用揿针联合电子灸,2组疗程均为14天。治疗前后评定腰酸程度分级与评分、腰酸视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、CKD生命质量测定量表评分,记录治疗后腰酸消失情况,评价护理满意度。结果:治疗后,2组腰酸程度评分和腰酸VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),观察组腰酸程度评分和腰酸VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组腰酸程度轻于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组腰酸消失率77.78%,高于对照组的31.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组生命质量测定量表心理功能、生理功能、社会关系和治疗情况4个维度的评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01);观察组4个维度的评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规防治措施基础上加用揿针联合电子灸治疗能有效减轻和消除CKD腰酸症状,提高患者的生活质量和对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To observe the improvement of thumbtack needle combined with electronic moxibustion based on routine prevention and treatment for soreness of waist in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD). Methods: A total of 90 cases of CKD patients of kidney qi deficiency type with soreness of waist were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine prevention and treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with thumbtack needle combined with electronic moxibustion. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Before and after treatment,the grades and scores of soreness of waist,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in soreness of waist and Quality of Life Scale in CKD were evaluated. After treatment,the disappearance of soreness of waist was recorded,and the nursing satisfaction was evaluated. Results:After treatment,the scores of soreness of waist and VAS in soreness of waist in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The degree of soreness of waist in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P < 0.01). The disappearance rate of soreness of waist was 77.78% in the observation group,higher than that of 31.11% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.01). The scores of psychological function,physical function,social relations and therapeutic condition in Quality of Life Scale in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.01),the above four scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of thumbtack needle combined with electronic moxibustion based on routine prevention and treatment can effectively relieve and eliminate the soreness of waist in CKD
