摘 要:针对火炮驱动器工作过程中驱动器内关键电子元器件温度过高的问题,提出了一种基于有限元的热分析方法,分析驱动器内关键电子元器件的温度分布情况。采用热分析软件Icepak建立驱动器的仿真模型,根据仿真结果,提出了驱动器散热结构的改进措施。利用Icepak的参数优化工具,得到驱动器中散热器的优化设计方案,从而有效降低驱动器内关键电子元器件的温度,保证了驱动器的安全可靠工作。文中方法对类似驱动器的热设计具有参考意义。In order to solve the problem that the temperature of the key electronic components in the gun driver is too high during the gun driver operation,a thermal analysis method based on finite element is proposed to analyze the temperature distribution of the components in the driver.The simulation model of the driver is established by using the thermal analysis software Icepak,and the improvement measures of the heat dissipation structure of the driver are put forward according to the simulation results.By using the parameter optimization tool of Icepak,the optimization design scheme of the heat sinks in the driver is obtained,which effectively reduces the temperature of the key electronic components in the driver and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the driver. The design method in this paper provides a reference for the thermal design of similar drivers.
