摘 要:采用膜生物反应器(MBR)富集培养厌氧氨氧化菌,运行167 d以后,进水NH4^+-N和NO2^--N浓度分别由100、132 mg/L逐步提高至150、198 mg/L,成功启动了厌氧氨氧化工艺。系统稳定运行阶段,对NH4^+-N和NO2^--N的去除率分别达到87.51%和81.98%,总氮去除负荷和容积负荷分别达到0.31、0.41 kg/(m^3·d);△NO2^--N/△NH4^+-N和△NO3^--N/△NH4^+-N均稳定在理论值1.32和0.26左右,符合厌氧氨氧化化学反应计量学规律。在21 L/(m^2·h)的恒通量运行条件下提高进水氮负荷,膜污染速率由32.3 Pa/h上升到61.7 Pa/h,SMP中多糖、蛋白质含量分别由44.2、22.5mg/L增至54.3、27.0mg/L,EPS中多糖、蛋白质含量分别由1.0、1.2mg/g增至1.8、3.8 mg/g,SMP和EPS中多糖、蛋白质含量逐渐增多,使膜污染速率变快,膜污染加重.对膜表面污染物质的傅里叶变换红外光谱分析表明,膜污染的主要物质构成没有发生变化。A MBR was used to cultivate and enrich anammox bacteria.The Anammox process was successfully started-up after 167 days of operation by increasing the influent NH4^+-N and NO2^--N concentration from 100 mg/L and 132 mg/L to 150 mg/L and 198 mg/L.The removal rates of NH4^+-N and NO2^--N reached 87.51%and 81.98%with the nitrogen removal loading and volume loading rate of 0.31 kg/(m^3·d)and 0.41 kg/(m^3·d)during the stable period.The ratios of△NO2^--N/△NH4^+-N and△NO3^--N/△NH4^+-N remained stable at the theoretical values of 1.32 and 0.26,which were consistent with the anaerobic ammonium oxidation stoichiometry.The membrane fouling rate increased from 32.3 Pa/h to 61.7 Pa/h with the increase of the influent nitrogen loading at constant flux condition of 21 L/(m^2·h).The polysaccharide and protein fractions of SMP increased from 44.2 mg/L and 22.5 mg/L to 54.3 mg/L and 27.0 mg/L,and those of EPS increased from 1.0 mg/g and 1.2 mg/g to 1.8 mg/g and 3.8 mg/g,respectively.The increase of polysaccharide and protein contents of SMP and EPS resulted in the increased membrane fouling rates,whereas the FT-IR analysis showed no change in the compositions of the major membrane foulants.
