摘 要:以分离自深圳市某原水水库的颤藻为研究对象,探究其在不同正磷酸盐和硝酸盐浓度条件下的生长及产嗅情况。试验结果表明,颤藻对正磷酸盐的适应范围较宽,在浓度为0.05~5mg/L范围内均能生长,且正鱗酸盆浓度为0.5mg/L时最适宜其生长;低硝酸盐农度(0~1mg/L)显著抑制颤藻的生长,当浓度较高(10mg/L和100mg/L)时,对其生长有明显的促进作用。可以看出,硝酸盐是颤藻生长的决定因子。正磷酸盐和硝酸盐浓度显著影响土臭素(GSM)的产量,而对2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)的影响不大,较高的正磷酸盐浓度能够促进GSM的合成,当硝酸盐浓度为1和10mg/L时,GSM的产量较高。A Oscillatoria was isolated from a reservoir in Shenzhen,and its growth and characteristics of odorous compounds production under different concentrations of PO4^3--P or NO3^--N were studied.The results indicated that Oscillatoria was able to grow in a wide range of PO4^3--P from 0.05 mg/L to 5 mg/L,and the optimum growth concentration was 0.5 mg/L.Low concentration of NO3^--N(0-1 mg/L)significantly inhibited the growth of Oscillatoria.However,higher concentration of NO3^--N(10 mg/L and 100 mg/L)had a significant promoting effect on its growth.It thus concluded that NO3^--N was a decisive factor for Oscillatoria growth.The production of geosmin(GSM)was significantly affected by the concentration of PO4^3--P and NO3^--N,while that of 2-MIB was less affected.The higher concentration of PO4^3--P could promote the synthesis of GSM,and the production of GSM was significantly higher when NO3^--N concentration was 1 mg/L or 10 mg/L.
