摘 要:通过49d的实验室静态试验,探索了硝酸钙投加量对模拟景观水中底泥锁磷及水质的影响。试验结果表明,硝酸钙可以有效降低上覆水及间隙水中的磷浓度,其最佳投加量为0.2gN/L湿泥,此时可控制底泥中磷释放并能够最大程度减轻其对上覆水中氮的影响。当硝酸钙投量达到0.6gN/L湿泥以上时,虽然能有效去除上覆水及间隙水中的磷,但会引起NOx^--N浓度过高的问题。同时,投加硝酸钙还会增加底泥中TN的含量。因此,使用硝酸钙可以有效锁定景观水底泥中的磷,从而控制上覆水中磷浓度的升高,试验中最佳的锁磷剂量为0.2gN/L湿泥。The effects of different calcium nitrate dosage on phosphorus locking in sediment and the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in simulated landscape water were investigated through 49 days of static laboratory test.The results showed that calcium nitrate could effectively reduce the phosphorus concentration in the overlying water and interstitial water.The optimal dosage of calcium nitrate was 0.2 gN/L-wet sediment(WS),which could inhibit phosphorus release from sediment and minimize its impact on nitrogen concentration in the overlying water.When the dosage of calcium nitrate was above 0.6 gN/L-WS,it could effectively remove phosphorus from the overlying water and interstitial water,but it would also cause the problem of high NOx^--N concentration.At the same time,calcium nitrate would increase the total nitrogen content in the sediment.Therefore,calcium nitrate could effectively lock phosphorus into the sediment and inhibit the increase of phosphorus concentradon in the landscape water.The optimal dosage of calcium nitrate in this experiment was 0.2 g N/L-WS.
