摘　　要：活塞压缩机在使用过程中出现压力异常比较常见,根据我们几十年的使用经验,吸、排气阀出现故障的几率比较高,应重点检查。如气阀结碳多不多;压垫是不是平整,有无薄厚不均的现象;阀片有无变形等,必要时用煤油进行渗漏试验。通过这些检查一般都能排除故障,但还有一些特殊情况,如空滤被赃物堵塞;气缸与活塞的余隙容积太大;以及安全阀不严漏气和中间冷却器密封垫损坏等等,所以出现这种故障要具体问题具体分析。另外值班人员要有责任心,重视设备运行中出现的非正常现象,尽量将故障消除在萌芽状态,这样才能确保设备安全可靠的运行。It is more common for piston compressors to experience pressure abnormalities during use. Based on decades of experience, the probability of failure of suction and discharge valves is relatively high, and should be checked. For example, there are not many carbon deposits in the air valve;whether the pressure pad is flat,whether there is uneven thickness or not;whether the valve piece is deformed or not, and if necessary, kerosene is used for the leakage test. These checks can generally eliminate faults. Of course, there are some special circumstances, such as the air filter is blocked by the cockroach;the clearance volume of cylinder and piston is too large;and the safety valve is leaking and the intercooler gasket is damaged. Therefore, the occurrence of such a failure requires specific analysis. In addition, the duty officer should be responsible, and should be pay attention to the abnormal phenomena appearing in the operation of equipment, and try to eliminate the fault in the bud.This will ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.
