摘　　要：针对3号高炉BXF循环水管堵塞问题进行深入分析,确定为塔壁上的泥垢小块脱落所致。最后采用在线用酸清洗BXF水系统,在不停高炉的情况下,解决了BXF堵塞问题。The analysis of blockage problems in No.3 BF BXF circulating water pipe was found that the blocking were mainly caused by the small pieces mud fell from the tower wall. At last, acid cleaning BXF water system online solved BXF blockage problem without stopping the blast furnace.
