摘　　要：目的探讨来曲唑联合尿促性素对多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵效果及临床妊娠的影响。方法将2016年10月~2017年12月收治的90例多囊卵巢综合征患者根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,对照组患者采用氯米芬联合尿促性素治疗,观察组患者采用来曲唑联合尿促性素治疗,对两组患者治疗前后激素水平、排卵情况、妊娠情况进行观察。结果两组患者治疗前的激素水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组治疗后的激素水平明显优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前,两组患者排卵数、优势卵泡数、排卵率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组治疗后的排卵情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组妊娠情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论来曲唑联合尿促性素治疗多囊卵巢综合征可有效调节激素分泌,促进卵泡发育,提高临床妊娠率,也利于改善妊娠结局,值得推广。Objective To investigate the ovulation effect of letrozole combined with urinary gonadotropin on ovulation induction and clinical pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 90 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate combined with urinarygonadotropin,and the observation group was treated with letrozole combined with urinarygonadotropin.The hormone levels,ovulation status and pregnancy of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),while the hormone levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences on the number of ovulation,number of dominant follicles and ovulation rate between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),while the ovulation effects in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Letrozole combined with urinarygonadotropin can effectively regulate hormone secretion, promote follicular development,which help to improve clinical pregnancy rate and improve pregnancy outcomes.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
