标准化康复方案在肺移植术后患者的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化康复方案治疗肺移植术后患者的效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年11月我院收治肺移植患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用标准化康复方案治疗,观察两组的治疗效果,护理满意度以及护理质量。结果研究组护理有效率为96.7%,对照组为80.0%,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05),研究组满意度为83.3%,对照组为63.3%,研究组高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组的护理质量好于对照组(P <0.05)。结论标准化康复方案在肺移植术后能有效的改善患者的病情,缩短治疗时间,缓解患者的心理压力减少并发症的发生,有效的改善患者的生活质量,通过稳定或逆转疾病的全身表现而减轻状况,优化功能状态,标准化康复方案的治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of standardized rehabilitation program on patients after lung transplantation. Methods Sixty patients with lung transplantation from May 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the research group was treated with standardized rehabilitation program.The therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of nursing in the study group was 96.7% and that in the control group was 80.0%,the study group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate in the study group was 83.3% and that in the control group was 63.3%,the study group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).The quality of nursing in the study group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Standardized rehabilitation program can effectively improve patients’ condition,shorten treatment time,relieve patients’ psychological pressure,reduce complications,effectively improve patients’ quality of life,alleviate the condition by stabilizing or reversing the systemic manifestations of the disease,optimize functional status and standardize the treatment of rehabilitation program.The curative effect is ideal and should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
