摘　　要：目的探讨分析助产责任制护理模式联合体位干预在改善初产妇负性情绪及促进产程进行的作用。方法选取2017年10月~2018年10月间我院妇产科收治的初产妇66例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组33例,对照组产妇给予常规助产和常规护理,实验组产妇给予助产责任制护理模式联合体位干预,对比两组产妇分娩方式情况,负性情绪使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,各产程时间。结果干预后,实验组产妇自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),各产程时间均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论助产责任制护理模式联合体位干预,能够增加初产妇自然分娩率,改善负面情绪,加快各产程进行,临床效果显著,值得推广及应用。Objective To explore the effect of the midwifery responsibility care model combined with consortium intervention in improving the negative emotion of the first lady and promoting the labor stage. Methods Sixty-six cases of the first parturient of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research object,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the stochastic table method,33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine midwifery and routine nursing,while the experimental group was given the intervention of the nursing model of midwifery responsibility.Negative emotions were assessed by Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).The maternal delivery patterns and each labor duration of two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the natural delivery rate of first parturient in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Besides,the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the time of labor duration in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The intervention of Midwifery system nursing model can increase the natural delivery rate of the first parturient,improve the negative emotion and speed up the labor duration.In addition,the clinical effect is remarkable,which is worth popularizing and applying.
