摘  要:某型号红外探测器组件在工程应用中需要极短的制冷启动时间,红外焦平面探测器组件的启动时间与制冷器的制冷性能和杜瓦冷头的热学性能相关。本文在不改变J-T制冷器状态的条件下,通过对杜瓦结构的冷屏、框架、冷台等零件的热负载设计优化仿真优化设计,减小冷头热质量,提高导热效率,有效减少了组件的制冷启动时间。A certain type of IR FPA device needs very short cooling start-up time in engineering application,and the time is related to the cooling performance of J-T coolers and the thermodynamics performance of Dewars.In the paper,without changing the condition of the J-T cooler,through the optimization and simulation of thermal load design of Dewar structure parts such as cold shield,frame,cold table,et al,the thermal quality of the cooling head is reduced,the heat conduction efficiency is improved,and the cooling start-up time of the device is effectively reduced.
