摘  要:研究了垃圾焚烧发电回转窑用磷酸盐结合高铝砖结构特性、热力学特性、化学稳定性及抗机械扭曲变形、热化学浸蚀、热应力冲击等.在窑内高温气流下,垃圾焚烧灰粉与煤灰、物料形成的液相向砖面内渗透形成光滑窑皮,保护了砖体不受损坏,并研究证明了窑内液相与砖面生成C2AS能够挂好窑皮,且在频繁的开窑和停窑中不炸裂和分层剥落.The structural characteristics, thermodynamic characteristics ,chemical stability and resistance to mechanical deformation ,thermochemical etching and thermal stress impact damage of phosphate bonded high - alumina brick were studied. At high temperature, the liquid phase of the kiln material penetrates into the brick surface to form a smooth kiln skin to protect the lining from damage. It has been proved that C2AS generated from materials and brick surface can be used to hang the kiln skin well at high temperature, and it will not burst or peel off layer when the kiln is opened or stopped frequently.
