摘 要:为适应数字化部队装备在役考核的新特点和新要求,根据评估指标体系构建原则和过程,在分析影响数字化部队装备体系指挥控制能力各种因素的基础上,从系统构建能力、辅助决策能力、精确控制能力3个方面构建数字化部队装备体系指挥控制能力指标体系,为科学准确评估数字化部队指挥控制能力奠定基础。In order to meet the new characteristics and requirements of in-service assessment of equipment in digital forces,based on the principles and process of constructing evaluation index system,and on the basis of analyzing various factors affecting the command and control capability of equipment system construction ability,assistant decision-making ability and precise control ability are discussed,laying the foundation for scientific and accurate evaluation of command and control capability of digital army.
