摘  要:传感器布局对系统的故障诊断特性有非常大的影响。基于键合图理论,提出了一种基于解析冗余关系(ARRs)的传感器布局方法。在分析键合图建模原理的基础上,研究了基于系统键合图模型推导系统ARRs的方法,并利用ARRs提取系统故障特征矩阵(FSM)。最后,以两容水箱为例,利用键合图建模优势,建立了两容水箱系统键合图模型,分析系统ARRs,得到系统故障特征矩阵,并推导得到系统所有满足部件故障可诊断性要求的传感器布局方案,该方法具有模型直观、易于获取系统的故障特征等优点。Sensor placement has a great impact on the fault diagnosis characteristics of a system.Based on bond graph theory,a sensor placement method based on analytical redundancy relations(ARRs)is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the principle of bond graph modeling,the method of deriving ARRs based on system bond graph model is studied,and the fault characteristic matrix(FSM)is extracted by ARRs.Finally,the bond graph model of two-tank system is established by taking advantage of bond graph modeling.The ARRs of the system is analyzed,the fault characteristic matrix of the system is obtained,and the sensor layout schemes satisfying the fault diagnosability requirements of all components of the system are deduced.This method has the advantages of intuitionistic model and easy access to the fault characteristics of the system.
