摘　　要：近年来我国银行间债券市场和外汇市场加快开放,利率市场化进程不断推进,对商业银行的经营和发展环境造成一定影响。面对新的机遇和挑战,银行可从探索差异化、多元化发展战略;建设完善内部资金转移定价机制;健全完善风险管理体系等方面入手,加快推进战略转型,全面提升核心竞争力,从而获得长远健康发展。In recent years,the opening up of China's interbank bond market and FX market has been accelerated,and theliberalization process of interest rates has been continuously advanced,which has posed certain impacts on thebusiness and development environment of commercial banks.Faced with new opportunities and challenges,banks canstart with exploring di fferentiated and diversi fied development strategies,building and improving internal fund transferpricing mechanisms,and improving and perfecting risk management systems,and accelerate strategic transformationand comprehensively enhance their core competitiveness to achieve long-term healthy development.
