摘　　要：河北省农民思想状况主要表现为政治觉悟较高,主体意识强烈,创业积极性高,精神文化需求强烈等。但在农民思想中也存在一些问题不容忽视,如集体观念淡薄,组织观念差,小农意识深厚,封建迷信活动时有发生等。对农村农民的思想政治工作应多措并举,注重农村干部的培养和素质能力的提高,大力发展农村经济,拓宽农民思想教育渠道,加大对农村的文化基础设施投入及惠民投入、加大对农村陈规陋习的防治力度等。The ideological status of farmers in Hebei province is characterized by high political consciousness,strong subject consciousness,high entrepreneurial enthusiasm,strong spiritual and cultural needs,and concern about ecological environment construction. However,there are some problems in peasants’ thoughts that cannot be ignored,which are mainly manifested as weak collective concept, poor organizational concept, deep awareness of smallholders, and feudal superstition from time to time. More measures should be taken in the ideological and political work of rural farmers,focusing on the cultivation of rural cadres and the improvement of their quality and ability,vigorously developing the rural economy,broadening the channels of farmers’ ideological education, increasing the investment in rural cultural infrastructure and benefiting the people, and strengthening the prevention and control of rural customs and bad habits.
