摘　　要：该研究以福建水利电力职业技术学院“水宝工作室”为个例(以下简称“福建水院”),结合高校创新育人方式管理存在的问题,将项目管理的理念应用到高校的学生创新育人管理模式中,通过建立和健全高校学生创新工程项目管理的相关机制,对“互联网+”时代下推动和促进高校学生创新项目管理,早日形成创新跨越型的学生创新育人管理模式提供了思路和方法。In the context of the new normal and the "Internet +", China's higher education opportunities and challenges coexist. Colleges and universities must adapt to new requirements, intensify reform efforts, explore new models and new paths of network education, strive to adapt to the development trend of the new normal with high-quality education, actively build a good network education ecological environment with innovative measures, and promote the scientific development of higher education connotation. This study takes shuibao studio of Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power as an example, applies the concept of project management to the university's student innovative education management mode, with the problems existing in the management of innovative education mode. Through the establishment and improvement of the university student innovation project management related mechanisms, it be of great advantage to promote the management of college students' innovative projects effectively and to form the innovative and leapfrog management of students' innovative education.
