摘　　要：成人教育模式的核心是教学管理,并以教育教学管理来引导成人教育的发展,因此,想要促进成人教育的进一步发展,首先就应改革其教学管理体制,只有充分保障教学管理的与时俱进,才能为成人教育的发展提供源源不断的动力。对此,本文概述了新时期开放教育教学管理模式,并详细分析了当前成人教育教学管理中存在主要问题,进而在此基础上,通过积极创新教学理念、加强师资团队建设、重视成人学生素养、构建科学管理机制等路径,提出了成人教育模式适应新时期开放教育教学管理的有效对策,旨在能够实质性的革新成人教学管理模式,为成人教育的长远发展奠定良好基础。The core of adult education mode is teaching management, which guides the development of adult education.Therefore,in order to promote the further development of adult education,we should first reform its teaching management system.Only by fully guaranteeing that teaching management keeps pace with the times,can we provide continuous impetus for the development of adult education.In this regard,this paper outlines the teaching management model of open education in the new era,and analyses in detail the main problems existing in the current teaching management of adult education.On this basis,through actively innovating teaching concepts,strengthening the construction of teachers'team,attaching importance to the quality of adult students,and building a scientific management mechanism,the adult education model is put forward to adapt to the teaching management of open education in the new era.The effective countermeasures are aimed at reforming the adult teaching management mode substantially and laying a good foundation for the long-term development of adult education.
