摘　　要：信息化时代背景下,企业及个人对软件及其相关配套设备的需求越来越高,而软件及其附属项目在开发过程中存在着许多的复杂性和不确定性。因此,对软件项目的风险管理就显得至关重要。首先阐述了软件项目风险管理的重要性,然后对软件项目风险的识别、评估以及具体应对策略进行了分析。Under the background of information age, the demand of enterprises and individuals for software and related equipment is increasing. The software and its affiliated projects have a lot of complexity and uncertainty in the development process. Therefore, risk management for software projects is crucial. This paper firstly expounds the importance of software project risk management, then analyzes the software project risk identification, evaluation and specific countermeasures.
