摘 要:按照传统的工艺条件,碱浓度和温度越高,越有利于煮练和去除油渍,但碱浓度和温度越高,裙折产生的程度越严重。为此,对前处理的工艺进行了探讨分析,选择了合理的工艺,采用3项措施,解决了黄斑和裙折。对于节约人力、设备、缩短加工时间有一定的现实意义。According to traditional process conditions,higher alkali concentration and temperature would be the more conducive to the scouring and removing of oil stains,but with the increase of alkali concentration and temperature,skirt fold was more serious.Therefore,the pretreatment process was discussed and analyzed.The reasonable process was selected.Three measures were adopted to solve the macula and skirt fold.It had certain practical significance for saving manpower,equipment and shortening processing time.
