摘 要:通过将数字化三维技术和衣身直绘法运用到衬衫领型的款式与结构设计中,实现领型设计的"款式虚拟可视化"和"结构修改实时化",领子结构设计的"直观可控";将纸样差异匹配原理融汇到领子的裁配当中,实现纸样结构的"非等长""非等型"设计,以塑造贴合人体颈部的立体造型;采用高水平的缝制工艺与技巧,使设计制作完美的衬衫领变得简单准确又易于操作,提高了企业的产品开发效率。Through applying three-dimensional technology and direct drawing method to the structure design of blouse collar,the " virtual visualization" and " real-time structure modification" of collar design,and the "intuitiveness and controllability" of collar structure design could be realized.By applying the principle of pattern difference matching to the cutting and matching of blouse collar,the "non-equal length" and "non-equal type" design of pattern structure could be realized,to make the collar fit the neck perfectly.Through using high-level sewing technology and skills,the design and manufacture of perfect shirt collar were simple,accurate and easy to operate,and the efficiency of product development of enterprises was improved.
