摘  要:目前微波炉一般都具有烧烤功能,但由于其结构原因,往往表现为腔体中心温度过高,而四周温度过低,腔体温度的不均匀,导致了烧烤均匀性和上色效果很差,严重影响用户体验。本文借助仿真工具,设计了一种反射罩结构,并且通过仿真和实验的对比发现:仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好;采用新反射罩结构不仅满足微波炉门板的温升要求,还可解决腔体中心位置温度过于聚焦的问题,使腔体内部温差降低50%以上,上色面积提升50%以上,大大改善了微波炉的烧烤均匀性。At present, the microwave ovens normally have the barbecue function. However due to its structure,the core temperature of the cavity is always too high and the temperature of the surrounded area is too low. These can cause uneven temperature distribution inside the cavity, poor roasting homogeneity and unsatisfied browning performance, which seriously hurts the user experience. In this paper, one reflector is designed with the help of simulation tools. And by comparing the simulation and experimental tests, it is found that the simulation results are in accordance with the experimental results. The new reflector can not only meet the temperature rise requirements of the microwave door surface, but also solve the problem of temperature aggregation in cavity center. The temperature difference of the cavity is reduced by more than 50 %, and the colored area is enlarged by more than 50 %, which implies that the roasting homogeneity of the microwave oven has achieved significant improvement.
