摘 要:为缓解大阳煤矿采掘接替紧张的局面,提高掘进效率,进一步提高巷道围岩支护刚度和强度,对巷道支护系统整体性优化,通过理论计算和ANSYS、FLAC数值模拟对方案进行对比分析,提出了短锚索-长锚索新的支护方案,再通过巷道施工对新方案进行实践验证。结果表明,新支护方案在实践中效果显著,掘进效率提升达43%,快速掘进新工艺一定程度上降低了工人的劳动强度,有效缓解了该矿采掘失调的风险。In order to alleviate the tight situation of mining and replacement,improve the efficiency of mining and the stiffness and strength of roadway surrounding rock support,the overall stability of roadway support system was optimized,with theoretical calculation and ANSYS and FLAC numerical simulation.Based on the analysis,a new support scheme for short anchor-long anchor cable was proposed,and the new scheme was verified by roadway construction.The results showed that the new support scheme with a significant effect in practice,and the efficiency of mining was increased by 43%.The rapid mining of new technology reduced the labor intensity of workers to a certain extent,effectively alleviating the risk of mining disorder.
